Reynaldo Rodríguez Colón has more than 30 years of accounting and advisory experience. Rey leads our Business Advisory Services practice and has serviced many companies in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience with consumer products (wholesale and retail), distribution and service companies as well as mergers and acquisitions. His experience with mergers and acquisitions includes due diligence, buy/sell side advisory, post-merger integration and exit readiness.
